When people visit Portland, they marvel at how homeowners add a bold quirkiness to their homes. Brooklyn is killin it, quirkiness-wise. Just take a walk around, and enjoy the neighborhood just owning their weird. Brooklyn scored big with the city’s new projects: if you live in Brooklyn, the Orange line comes straight to you, and The City of Bridges’ newest addition: Tillikum Bridge will lead you across the river (no cars allowed). If you like old theaters, check out Portland’s old Aladdin Theater. Originally a vaudeville theater, it is the sweet spot of venues: not too big, not too small.
